The following message has been received from Tex Wales (VP Co-ordinator)

"Great day on Saturday.

Many thanks to all at Old Yardleians for organizing an extra special day for everyone to enjoy. It was a real treat and showed OYs at its best by involving very young, young, current, past it and well past it players all on the same day. The live group, Thank You Sid!, were the icing on the cake.

Team photos of the Veterans Presidents XV and the OYs Select XV are attached for all but especially for Ian (Knocker) Wallace - his last game, Jim Watterson - should have been his last game, Jim Watterson?s son, Andrew Howard - Old Edwardian and old friend, Steve Sidwell - the man who?s day it was and super player.

Kind regards Tex"

The following photos were also received courtesy of Dave Adams who arranged for St. Thomas Aquinas School's U12's to provide the opposition for our U12 in the junior games which kicked off at 12:30 where some super running rugby was played. Well done lads.

St. Thomas Aquinas U12's, Old Yardleians U12's and Both Teams Together.
