Calling Notice for an Annual General Meeting on 20th May 2022
It was agreed at the last committee meeting that we should hold an Annual General Meeting on Friday the 6th May 2022 @ 7pm. Unfortunately, this meeting will have to be postponed by two weeks until Friday 20th May 2022 @7pm.
The main purpose will be to elect/re-elect committee members for the 2022-2023 season.
This calling notice will be posted to the main Old Yardleians Facebook forum as well as on the official club web-site (www.oldyardsrugby.co.uk). A paper copy will be posted on the club noticeboard this week.
Any proposals for amendments to the club's constitution, which may be considered by the new committee, should be sent via email to the secretary – Luke Harris at least a week before the meeting, his email address is: leharris58@gmail.com

1. Agree minutes of the previous AGM
2. Chairman’s Report
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Director of Rugby/Playing report
5. Election/Re-election of honorary officers: President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
6. Election of further general committee members
7. Consideration of candidates for other roles deemed relevant by the new committee
8. Discussions on any proposals for amendments to the club constitution to be considered by the new committee.
9. Any other business.
