Calling Notice for the first post-Covid Annual General Meeting

It was agreed at the last committee meeting that we should hold an Annual General Meeting on Friday the 1st October 2021 @ 7pm.
The main purpose will be to elect/re-elect committee members for the 2021-2022 season with a view to getting back to the normal schedule of end-of-season AGMs in May 2022 (Covid allowing).

This calling notice will be posted to the main Old Yardleians Facebook forum as well as on the official club web-site (www.oldyardsrugby.co.uk). A paper copy will be posted on the club noticeboard this week.

Any proposals for amendments to the club's constitution, which may be considered by the new committee, should be sent via email to the acting secretary - Shannon Killarney, using the club's treasurer email address which is: treasurer@oldyardsrugby.co.uk

Agenda for the AGM on Friday 1st October 2021 at 7pm.

1. Agree minutes of the previous AGM
2. Chairman's Report
3. Treasurer's Report
4. Director of Rugby/Playing report
5. Election/Re-election of honorary officers: President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
6. Election of further main committee members - be prepared to participate in the opening-up/locking-up rotas :o)
7. Consideration of candidates for other roles deemed relevant by the new committee
8. Discussions on any proposals for amendments to the club constitution to be considered by the new committee.
9. Any other business.
