The 1st XV won again after beating Veseyans away, this time 12-0 at home to Bishops Castle. They continue to move up the league and are now mid table. David ?Chicken? Hanson and Ian Walker scored tries with Dave Howlett converting one of them.

The 2nd XV had a big win again at home to Bishops Castle. The 47-12 score included a hat-trick from number eight Dave Langley as he used his weight to blast over the line. Other tries were scored by Guy Smith and Jim Walker. Dave will be buying his jug this Saturday!

The 3rd XV lost away to Birmingham Exiles 2nds 29-19. Having beaten the Exiles at home last week our 3rds struggled in the away game especially without some of the bulkier players who set the platform for the previous week?s win. Still it was great to get a 3rd XV out again. Thank you to Match Sec Richard Withey for all his hard work in getting players out on a Saturday.
