The committee is organising a work weekend on the above dates to give the clubhouse and surrounds their annual spruce up. Please try and spare a few hours of your time on either the Saturday or Sunday to give something back to your club.

Strim the drive and surrounds
·
Re-pointing tile edges on the main roof – both gable
ends
·
Replace cover on outside power socket (on the
brick barbeque)
·
Anti-mildew paint on shower ceilings
·
Paint the changing room floors and corridor
floors – red floor paint
·
Service the tractor (Dan Green you’ve been
promising this for months!)
·
End wall – investigate cause of damp under
external render
·
Wipe down the gutters and facias
·
Replace the membrane over the gravel covered
drainage channels with a porous membrane
·
Investigate and fix the cause of the leak in the
First XV away dressing room
·
Strim overgrown vegetation behind the clubhouse
·
Repairs to back wall of clubhouse
·
Permanent/secure siting of the diesel powered
floodlights (anchorage and anti-theft fixings)
·
Jet wash decking area and re-seal (Ronseal or
equivalent)
·
Weatherproof (Ronseal) the ‘rum-shack’ (covered
barbeque area)
·
Wash down changing room walls and doors
·
Anything else that looks like it needs fixing
